In case you need CEF debug output to investigate this (for Uplay): It's
possible to use the CEF command line parameters (see "CefSettings" on
https://bitbucket.org/chromiumembedded/cef/wiki/GeneralUsage) with upc.exe.

So for example:
wine upc.exe --log-file=cef.log --log-severity=verbose
