Please don't paste logs like that, add them as attachment.

Also, your wine-version is way out of date, please retest with a current
version, preferably wine-2.22.

However, I can confirm this is still an issue. You need to run "winetricks -q
vb6run" first, then copy 32bit "cdosys.dll" from a win7 install.
If you then copy 32bit "pdh.dll" too, and add an "native only" dll override,
then it starts.
