Downloading the program from the site specified in URL didn't work for me, I
used this site instead:
http://www.oldversion.com/windows/utorrent-2-2-1-build-25302

I could reproduce the problem, this is a regression from Wine 2.15.
Reverting the following commit on top of current git fixes the problem for me:
