Robert Walker, AFAIK the bug referring to Chrome specifically is

39403 refers to Steam directly but this bug was reopened because of Steam.
While I cannot directly edit the blocks/depends-on of either bug, I am pretty
sure that 39403 depends on this bug being fixed.
