HackingToolkit9DS.exe is some kind of 3DS rom patching tool (one of the tools
I'm using to translate a Japanese-only 3DS rom).

I was supposed to run SetupUS.exe first and did. It created an "Uninstall
HackingToolkit9DS" option in Menu (only one), no problems. Next I ran
HackingToolkit9DS.exe. It opened a black window and closed in less than one
second. I opened it a few more times and resulted the same. I managed to get a
screenmshot while open:
