[Bug 43865] LeagueOfLegends now doesn't work in Wine 2.18 (regression ?)

Test in Wine 2.22

I have tested a clean Wine 2.22, it doesn't work
First I have installed winbind in response to 
err:winediag:SECUR32_initNTLMSP ntlm_auth was not found or is outdated. blah
blah

Next (I have deleted old prefix) installer seem to work but it return when
installing DirectX 9
err:setupapi:do_file_copyW Unsupported style(s) 0x144 (Is it important ?)

Then I run LeagueClient, it show the splash but bugsplat fastly, according to
logs the problems should be from the GUI process (LeagueClientUx).

Then I rerun LeagueClient, it try to repair installation, it fail after long
time, note it don't start a LeagueClientUx.

Then I rererun LeagueClient, it bug splat.

While week I can't do more tests because my connection is too much unstable.

I think it's possible the bug come from RiotGames
