Not at all.

The other bug was about INVISIBLE objects/characters as in not rendering at all
or partially, as can be seen in the comparison screenshots.

This bug is about black textures and inventory background not refreshing.

This bug was already present when I filed the other bug.
The other bug was fixed, this one has never been.
They are separate issues. No regression.
