Application log

No change in wine-3.0-rc2-35-gfb3c1da and Staging 2.21, except that it now
shows a window claiming that a newer version is installed. The log created in
c:\ProgramData shows that this is a fallback stance, however.

The same result can be achieved by running:
wine start '%ProgramFiles%\Symantec\LiveUpdate\LSETUP.EXE'
