Use the Nouveau driver with the latest kernel and Mesa devel  as your log says.
Launching from the wine menu does flash the app but not starting it. Do the
following in a terminal to start it:
 cd .wine/drive_c/Program\ Files\ \(x86\)/Unigine/Heaven\ Benchmark\ 4.0/bin
 wine start browser_x86.exe -config ../data/launcher/launcher.xml
