[Bug 40390] When using a UX theme, owner-drawn buttons don' t draw until you click them once

Just tried it with WINE 2.0.  Still need to disable themeing on owner-drawn
buttons for them to work, but ownerdraw buttons on dialogs are working more
consistently now when I untheme them on WM_INITDIALOG.
