Through archive.org I reached the link
http://web.archive.org/web/20110908183904/http://download.skeedtools.com/SkeedReceiverSetup.exe
and was able to download the file.

But unfortunately the installer tries to download a second file from URL
http://download.skeedtools.com/cabs/SkeedReceiver.msi and that is nowhere to be
found.
