Apologies on the delay...

So Fedora is now shipping Wine 2.0 (no longer an RC):

  wine-2.0-1.fc25.x86_64

Blizzard has also patched their game a little bit such that I'm now on patch:

  3.10.1

The game appears to work the same with only your suggested two overrides or
with the previous five I was running...

However, it is not playable at this time. Every game (either single player
against AI or multiplayer) crashes as it is starting or 30 seconds into the
match. I don't imagine much had changed since 2.0-rc3 and 2.0 proper, so this
could have to do with the most recent Blizzard patch.

When launching SCII from the console, and it crashes, I get the following
output upon crash:

fixme:nvapi:unimplemented_stub function 0xe3640a56 is unimplemented!
fixme:dbghelp:elf_search_auxv can't find symbol in module
fixme:heap:RtlSetHeapInformation (nil) 1 (nil) 0 stub
