Used old prefix. New wine sets windows 7 by default. There was an uplay update. 

I had to set uplay.exe to use windows xp mode until I did that it kept
complaining that it cant connect to internet and I coulndt launch the game.

Still doesnt seem to work. wine-staging 2.1.
