I have figured out that my stack overflow exception was due to 3rd of 23
patches from Andrew Wesie, here,

Now I am back to TLS callback crash, even with ntdll v3 patches, almost nothing
changes.

It'd be nice if Andrew Wesie comments here about his findings.
