registered

that belongs according to google to mp4splitter.ax. You could try to download
that and register it .Seems to be a free download.

(as it says there copy the file MP4Splitter.ax to C:\Windows\System32. Then do
regsvr32 MP4Splitter.ax.  

you could give it a try, no guarantuee to success ;)
