Install it, you have to use winetricks

Yes please. So for example in ~/.winebulkmailer. To summarize:

WINEPREFIX=~/.winebulkmailer winetricks -q dotnet40 jet40
WINEPREFIX=~/.winebulkmailer wine abbulkmailer_setup.exe

For new bugs you find, open new bugreport...
