I think that api-ms-win-core-file-l2-1-2.dll is only loaded because native
virtdisk is used. I tested with current git and I could get initial window up
with only native concrt140.dll and msvcp140. Unfortunatetely the window says
that the app couldn`t start because it can not be run from a mounted disk. I
don`t know why that message appears.

Current encountered bugs:

wine: Unimplemented function
concrt140.dll.??0_ReentrantBlockingLock at details@Concurrency@@QAE at XZ called at
address 0x7b43ea87 (thread 0009), starting debugger..

With native concrt140:

wine: Unimplemented function msvcp140.dll.__crtCreateThreadpoolTimer called at
address 0x7b43ea87 (thread 0009), starting debugger...
