[Bug 42446] Native Access needs api-ms-win-core-file-l2-1-2.dll

I was able to run the installer, and when I search for Native Access, I find
it. However, when I launch the app it simply closes after a few seconds. 

So in an attempt to run Native Access from the terminal, I went to
~/.wine/drive_c but Native Access is not located in any either of the Program
Files directories. Where do applications get installed with wine-git?

Also, do I need to reinstall all of the dynamically linked libraries? I'm
referring to the ones I manually installed via winetricks.
