--- Comment #7 from Rosanne DiMesio <dimesio at earthlink.net> ---
The KDE bug, https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=274931, is still open, though
mostly fixed. The issue keeping it open appears to be disagreement over the
default behavior, which is still to appear on all activities, but it is now
possible to confine undecorated windows (e.g., Office apps running in Wine) to
one activity.

The procedure:

1. Start the Office app you want to limit to one activity.
2. Press Alt-F3; this will bring up the window management menu.
3. Select More Actions => Special Application Settings
4. On the Size and Position tab:
   --check "Activity"
--select "Apply Initially" from the dropdown list
--select which activity you want it to start in from the other dropdown list
5. Click OK.

You have to close and restart the Office app for the change to take effect, and
since it's a per-application setting, you have to repeat the steps for each
Office app you want to limit to one activity.
