Please update your wine version, this is a most likely the same as bug 40905.

But there is a weird difference in the DLL name from the backtrace.

Your / bug 40905:
api-ms-win-crt-runtime-l1-1-0.d._get_narrow_winmain_command_line
api-ms-win-crt-runtime-l1-1-0.dll._get_narrow_winmain_command_line

I don't know the reason why your version is missing the "ll" from dll.

Is there any reason for this specific version? Avoid changing the windows
version if it is not required.
