Well, I did what you mentioned. I created a string value with 512 and 1024
and launched the game. Same error:
fixme:win:EnumDisplayDevicesW ((null),0,0x33f754,0x00000000), stub!
err:d3d:resource_init Out of adapter memory

But when I changed string value to 2048 and above, it showed me a new error.
Here is the log:
fixme:win:EnumDisplayDevicesW ((null),0,0x33f754,0x00000000), stub!
err:d3d:resource_init Failed to allocate system memory.

Well it should run, but no luck.
