I can confirm this bug. Strangely, Firefox worked fine when it opened for the
first time after the installer finished, but it stopped working after closing
it and reopening it from the Programs menu. Changing the Windows version to XP
got Firefox to load web pages again. I think the problem has to do with
Firefox's new multiprocess architecture ("Electrolysis").
