Did you also set the MaxVersionGL registry key?

Looking at the log, I have the impression that the game creates a feature level
9 d3d11 device which apparently doesn't quite work right. Can you try again
with Nouveau and the registry key set? If you did that already, maybe attach a
+tid,d3d11,d3d log (truncating it after a while is probably okay as a start.)
