No, I don't. 

I noticed something in my console output that isn't in yours:
fixme:gstreamer:GST_QueryInterface No interface for
{37d84f60-42cb-11ce-8135-00aa004bb851}!
fixme:gstreamer:event_src 0x7be5b5d0 (61441) stub

The fact that you're not getting any gstreamer fixmes even when gstreamer isn't
explicitly disabled suggests that winegstreamer may not be working on your
system in the first place.

I also noticed this in your console output:
err:quartz:ACMWrapper_Receive Cannot prepare header 512

That led me to bug 41290, which was marked fixed in 1.9.24, but subsequent
comments suggest that maybe it wasn't fully fixed. So I disabled winegstreamer
on my system, and got choppy sound and that quartz error message flooding the
console. 

Marking duplicate; I'll reopen the other bug.
