[Bug 10205] Windows Media Player's Online Media Guide does not work

The link in the URL field is for the AppDB entry for WMP9, so presumably that's
the version that was used. That versions still installs with winetricks, but
won't start. 

WMP10 installs and starts, but I don't see anything about any "Online Media
Guide." There is an "Online Stores" tab, but it says that there are no online
stores available. That may not be a Wine bug; WMP 9 and 10 were designed for
XP, which completely ended support in 2014, so the online guide or stores may
no longer be accessible from those versions. 

Someone needs to check whether this still works in Windows.
