This is yet another app that seems to use Squirrel installer (whatever that may
be)

It needs .net (i think 4.0, it needs at least Presentation Framework ). After
applying 2 hacks I was able to get a bit further and get a window up, but it
then complained about javascript error. 

Related to other Squirrelbugs, but not exact dupe, this one spits out other
errors as well
