These older games only use msvfw32 VFW (Video For Windows), currently we don't
have an Indeo codec. We have many bugs which are about the same issue in
different versions of Indeo.

Since they are not quartz related gstreamer can't help here. Unless we build a
VFW gstreamer codec the solution to these bugs will always be installing native
Indeo codec.
