Didn't feel like opening a new bug for "not able to login" problem, not sure if
hijacking this was fine.

If its fine - maybe this should be renamed to "MTGO cannot connect to login
server" ? if not then should this just be closed as it definitely does not
crash for me on wine master with win7 and dotnet452 installed
