The yywrap macro redefinition error is a known issue.  See
https://github.com/wested/flex/issues/155

The workaround is to remove the -Werror flag.  An alternate fix would be to
define the yywrap function without the yywrap macro guard.

I personally doubt anything will be charged with respect to issue 160 given
issue 113 and the reasons behind it.
