I can confirm this bug on my system (Ubuntu 14.04, Wine 2.0-rc5). I posted some
more information on this problem in the AppDB here:

It is under the heading "Error 0x80090304". In short, this appears to only
occur with older distributions of Linux, presumably because of the version of
gnuTLS installed and I think it is related to "Issue #2" in this extensive
