My apologies. I ran them on Wine, on Kubuntu 16.04, and these two lines
consistently fail. If there's a relevant library that I should specify my
version of, please let me know.

I also noticed while testing a couple of intermittent failures:

sock.c:2856: Test failed: Test[1]: expected 2, got 0

and

sock.c:2862: Test succeeded inside todo block: Test[1]: expected 0, got 0

both of which may be repeated any number of times, sometimes with Test[2]
instead of Test[1]. These belong to test_WSAEnumNetworkEvents.
