There have been, in the past, issues introduced in the build process that are
not present in the WINE sources proper, since the Ubuntu/Mint/Debian binaries
are actually difficult to build correctly. It involves creating a strange
nested distribution container structure because Ubuntu doesn't allow 32 and 64
bit development libraries to coexist on the same machine. If those nested
containers have library versions that are out of synch or some step is not done
exactly right, bugs can be introduced /in the build/ rather than in the source.
I can reproduce the issue by installing RC3 again.

Marking as resolved/fixed. If it returns, I'll reopen.
