Using the latest version Wine, along with the Steam English Warframe launcher,
when I'm low on RAM it will say that I don't have enough memory. Checking my
RAM usage does indeed confirm this. It seems that the Steam English version
detects RAM usage correctly, and as far as I have tested, acts like the Windows
version.
Not saying this bug is confirmed or not, just saying that Steam English seems
to work as expected
