Of course not; winetricks has nothing to do with those links. As explained in
comment 9, those links are not part of Wine or the WineHQ packages. They were
provided by the distro package you formerly used and removed when you switched
to the WineHQ package. 

The instructions on  https://wiki.winehq.org/Ubuntu state clearly that that is
to be expected. 

If you want those links, either create ones yourself using whatever menu editor
your distro provides or go back to using a package that does provide them.

There is no bug here. Please stop posting about it.
