Not major (see bug reporting guidelines).

There is something wrong with your wine prefix, based on the log builtin
mscoree is used although you have installed .NET 4.0. Please set mscoree to
"native" in the winecfg libraries tab.

If that doesn't help you should start again with a fresh wineprefix and use
winetricks for the .NET installation ("winetricks dotnet40").
