There seem to be several versions/downloads for this app. One can also download
it from https://www.psiphon3.com/en/download.html

I tested version from doenloadlink in urlfield and the one from
https://www.psiphon3.com/en/download.html

They both show same behaviour here: They hang and the app doesnt start. As
stated in comment 6 winetricks ie8 is a workaround, but it takes very long
before the app starts

As no-one seems to get crash from comment 1 i will change the title.
