[Bug 40338] XenCenter 6.5 doesn't start

It needs to be installed like this winetricks -q dotnet45. You end up with
broken dotnet install otherwise. And it's no wonder why it doesnt work. 

What's the situation now? Using POL builds for testing = we can't really solve
this bug as fixed.
