[Bug 42446] Native Instruments 'Native Access' 1.1.x fails to start, reports 'You cannot start Native Access from the mounted disk'

terminal output Native Access.exe 1.2

Using wine staging 2.11 and Native Access 1.20 still yields no success. I
cannot see anything in the terminal output. 

The trace using WINEDEBUG=+tid,+seh,+relay,+volume wine start "G:\Native
Access.exe" is over 500mb and searching through it I am only finding what seem
to be minor issues when searching for "getlasterror". 

could this problem be caused by the use of qt5 ?
