[Bug 9654] Links from http://appdb.winehq.org/ always open in the same window

This bug is almost a decade old and no one's complained about this problem in
the past 8 years. Does anyone really care?

It's an easy fix if we remove making the whole row clickable. Clicking the link
in the first column will still work, but the descriptions in the second column
will no longer be clickable. 

Is it really worth giving up the convenience of being able to click anywhere in
the row in order to avoid having to right-click and select "open in a new tab"?
 (My vote is no.)
