Alternative2: Do read/write really asynchronous v3

v3: Respect offset for read/write operations.

This doesn't affect bayonetta but it can impact other applications. If you have
applied the previous patch you should update to this one (specially if testing
with other applications).

Make sure to backup your wineprefix when testing the "alternative 2" patch
because programming error could lead to data loss (should be safe for bayonetta
though).
