Or:
Steam build date 11 Jul 2017
??

The 11 Jul 2017 client is a re-release of the 6 Jul 2017 client update.
The 11 Jul 2017 client includes a change log entry:
"Fixed missing game names for users with large Steam libraries"

Maybe an issue that is not specific to Wine?
