[Bug 40838] Bethesda Net Launcher issue

I retested this now.

I made an account to myself and used local copy of bethesda launcher. The
systray shows show and quit options, but trying to quit indeed doesn't seem to
work. Wine-staging has fixed the dxdiag popup message you don't see it anymore.
I didn't try to install any of the games since I don't have any of the
lisences...

The only issues I could see was trying to quit from systray hang the
application. The installer updates itself you are able to login in with valid
account. Browsing various games works just fine.
