I confirm this problem. 

Wine-staging 1.12 solved the new steam build crashing. The games can be
launched but no more text in the forums.

without -no-cef-sandbox no web page at all (normal for years)

with -no-cef-sandbox the web pages are drawn but text are missing here and
there
