I am running Wine-staging 2.12

It also has this issue. 

Performance is a fraction of normal and rendering is incorrect. 

Currently running :

Arch Linux
Kernel 4.11.7
NVIDIA 381.22
Wine-staging 2.12-1

32bit mode or Switching back to windows XP also fixes it
