Hello folks,
confirming, dupe of bug 21448
There is a component called "Tally Gateway Server 10.0" which is installed and
run as service. It listens on port 9999 by default.
The service fails to query '\\\\.\\PhysicalDrive0' using
'IOCTL_STORAGE_QUERY_PROPERTY' on startup and therefore exits.
