Unfortunately there is no 'winetricks' recipe (anymore) for providing native
'qedit' as workaround.

Get one of the DirectX 9.0c redist packages before 2010, containing 'dxnt.cab',
for example Aug 2009:

Extract the dll from .cab and add manual 'qedit' override (might need to
'regsvr32' it too).
