[Bug 38436] Grand Theft Auto V failed to launch

Tested with plain wine 2.11.

The game no longer fail to launch.
It starts and runs as bad/good as with wine-staging.

The fix is in the 9 patches submitted by Michael Müller, previously found in
the wine-staging patch-set server-LABEL_SECURITY_INFORMATION.

The bug should be closed and other issues reported separately, IMO.
