Flight Unlimited II run with quartz and winegstreamer overrides

I found that the gstreamer override for wine is winegstreamer.dll. So I did a
new run with the following settings.

Overrides:
  quartz (builtin, native)
  winegstreamer (disabled)

Windows version: Windows 7
