two hacks to get Spotify running

This bug is apparently (i guess) a duplicate of things covered already by other
bugreports:

Bug 42014 (the crash)
Bug 40613 (the issue about the ``Run as Normal user`` thing)

The attached hack makes the installer finish fine for me (though i get a black
screen when i start Spotify)

The second hack is not needed using Staging, that has a proper fix.

If someone still has the OLD installer where only the crash was present: could
you try if the hack works around it, then we can resolve this as duplicate
