Yes, it's the same app, although the official site is:

And yes, that is the main window.

There is a new version too: 7.60. I couldn't get version 7.60 to run, either on
wine 1.6 or wine 2.1 via Playonlinux.

What kind of a system did you run it on?

I am currently using Ubuntu 16.04 with both the Unity and KDE desktops
installed.
